Insurance & Payment Options
We accept a variety of insurance providers, including:

For out-of-network claims, we provide invoices with billing codes to help with reimbursement.
We accept payments via:

Cancellation Policy

No charge if a cancellation is made with at least 24 hours' notice.

$50 fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

Full appointment fee for same-day cancellations.

Virtual video or phone sessions are available if you can’t attend in person.
